Vanessa Bolsens had spent years helping entrepreneurs navigate leadership, growth, integration and organisational development. She knew exactly how to help her clients. What she struggled with was her own story.

Like many experts, the challenge wasn't knowledge - it was translation. How do you explain what you do without falling back on consultancy jargon? How do you position yourself not as another HR consultant, but as a strategic partner for growing entrepreneurs? And how do you build a brand around a conviction that goes beyond a list of services?

What we found

Together we ran the full COBRA™ trajectory - mapping her market, analysing her differentiation, and charting the emotional challenges of her target audience. Three things became clear quickly.

Vanessa combines hard data with human insight. She doesn't wait until things go wrong - she helps entrepreneurs prevent the problems before they arrive. And she brings calm and direction precisely in the growth phases where people tend to lose each other.

What we built

From those insights, we developed a complete brand foundation: brand strategy, positioning, purpose / vision / mission, brand manifesto, brand personality, name development, pitch and messaging framework, website architecture, and photography and design direction.

During the trajectory, a new name emerged: The Power of People. A name that captures exactly what Vanessa believes in - that sustainable growth doesn't come from spreadsheets, processes or structures alone, but from people who want to move forward, are able to, and grow together.

We also helped Vanessa sharpen and structure her own methodology. What started as a value creation model grew into the Value Creation Compass™ - a strategic compass that helps entrepreneurs align direction, leadership, collaboration and growth.
